The 2022-2023 school year marks Mrs. Carpenter's 33rd year of teaching at SCHS. She came to Sullivan County soon after graduating from West Chester University with a Bachelor of Science in Education degree. She earned her Master of Science in Education degree from Bloomsburg University in 1995.

At SCHS, I co- teach in the Math Department with Mr. Kelsey (Math 8), Mrs. White (Keystone Algebra and Fundamentals of Algebra ), Mr. Vaughan (Math 7 and Applied Geometry), and in the Science Department with Mr. Miller (Biology). I also serve as a co-advisor for the Envirothon Club. You might see me around campus after school tutoring or keeping the clock/scoreboard at soccer games, wrestling matches and boys' basketball games.
