I graduated from SCHS in 2001 and feel very fortunate that I was able to return home to live and teach. While a student at SCHS, I was involved in the band, FBLA, yearbook, and photography club.
The 2021-2022 school year marks my 12th year teaching at Sullivan County. (Time flies when you're having fun!) This year I will teach 7th Grade Reading, Elementary Tutoring, and Yearbook. It will also be my first year in the library for a few periods! I'm very excited and I'm up for the challenge.
As far as extracurriculars, this year I will be the yearbook co-advisor and the reading competition co-advisor. I'm still "recovering" from being the Class of 2021's advisor. Being the senior class advisor during a pandemic was a very challenging yet rewarding role! (Class of 2021, I will miss you this year!)
