Mr. Brian Heisman
    Elementary Learning Support Teacher

    Hello STUDENTS and PARENTS!!!
So excited for this school year to start and to see everyone's smiling faces.

    Personal Information:
This is Mr. Heisman's eighteenth year teaching for the Sullivan County School District.  He also taught for six years as a Learning Support teacher for the Lake-Lehman School District.  Mr. Heisman is married and lives in Sayre.  He has an extended family of 5 children and is extremely proud of them all. Jade who is now an RN in the operating room at Williamsport Hospital, Shelby works as a Phlebotomist in Florida.  Kadyn graduated from Lock Haven University for Multi-Disciplinary Studies. Trevor is in 12th grade and Alex is starting his 10th grade year at Sayre High School, both are looking for an awesome year in marching band and soccer.
Mr. Heisman is the softball coach for our Lady Griffins. In 2018, the Lady Griffins had an awesome season, with we a silver in District 4 and went to Penn State University to face off against Claysburg, and both of these accomplishments broke records for our school.  Sullivan finished the regular season at 15-4 and post at 16-6, also taking the league title.  Last year, Covid gave us a challenge with playing all of our scheduled games.  I am hoping for a normal season in the Spiring of 2022.
Mr. Heisman can also be found working down at Lake Mokoma as their Manager.  We are not sure if he is truly working or catching a few rays!
