    Permanent positions available for two Paraprofessionals, 7 Hours/Day, School Year and 6.75 Hours/Day, School Year.    Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.  CPR and First Aid Certified or willing to be certified. Clerical skills desirable. Ability to cooperate with and take direction from classroom teacher(s) and to work effectively with student(s) in a setting that may require physical activity. Federal Mandate “No Child Left Behind” requires (1) completed two years of study at an institution of higher education; (2) obtained an associate’s (or higher) degree; or (3) met a rigorous standard of quality and be able to demonstrate, through a formal State or local academic assessment, knowledge of and the ability to assist in instructing reading, writing and mathematics (or as appropriate, reading readiness, writing readiness, and mathematics readiness).
