    Anticipated vacancy for a Secondary Health and Physical Education Teacher beginning with the 2018-19 school year, grades 7-12. The successful candidate must have: PA Health and Physical Education certification, bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in education. Driver’s Education teaching certificate a plus. Submit Letter of Interest, Resume, PA Standard Teaching Application, Copy of PDE Certification, Testing Scores, Three Current Letters of Recommendation, Sealed Official Transcripts, Nepotism Prevention Declaration, and Current Act 24, 34, 114, and 151 clearances (dated within 1 year), Act 126 clearance, and Act 168 Disclosure Releases (all required forms are available on the school district web site www.sulcosd.k12.pa.us under the employment tab) to: Patricia A.
