PIAA sports physicals are available for Sullivan County students at the FPC Laporte Medical Center on June 23rd from 3PM to 5PM, July 8 from 6PM to 8PM, and July 14 from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM. Any student entering 7th through 12th grade next year that wishes to play a PIAA sport requires a physical. PIAA physical and emergency contact forms can be found on the school website at: https://www.sulcosd.k12.pa.us/Page/2068. These forms must be filled out prior to arriving for your physical. If you need printouts of them, please contact the school office. Physicals are free of charge for Sullivan County students during the times and dates listed above.

The Federal Communication Commission has opened enrollment for the Emergency Broadband Benefit program. This is a temporary program from the FCC for qualifying families to receive $50 per month per household for internet service. There are several criteria that can be used to qualify, and one of them is the free and reduced-price lunch program. If your family is part of the free and reduced price lunch program, you can apply for this benefit.
