Jr./Sr. High School Principal — Lynn Eberlin

Lynn Eberlin currently serves as the High School Principal at Sullivan County School District, where she brings strong leadership, vision, and a commitment to student success. Since 2021, Lynn Eberlin has overseen curriculum development, staff supervision, student scheduling, while fostering a positive and supportive school culture. She has been instrumental in implementing a School-Wide Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program, exploring innovative educational technologies, and ensuring compliance with state mandates to provide students with the best possible preparation for their futures.

With over three decades of experience in education and leadership, Lynn began her career as a secondary mathematics teacher before transitioning into school leadership. Academically, Lynn earned her  Principal Certification in Educational Leadership from Wilkes University. She also holds a master’s degrees in Educational Development and Strategies from Wilkes University. She holds two bachelor's degrees , Secondary Education Mathematics from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania—as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.

Recognized for excellence, Lynn was honored with the Lauretta Woodson Award from the Pennsylvania Association of Retired School Employees in 2014. Beyond school leadership, she is deeply engaged in the community, serving as a 4-H leader for over a decade, volunteering with youth programs such as 4-H Camp and Girl Scouts.

A collaborative problem solver with expertise in educational leadership, technology, and curriculum development, Lynn is dedicated to ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive academically, socially, and personally.
