The Laurel Health Center in Laporte is now scheduling free athletic physicals for Sullivan County student athletes. The appointments are on June 26th from 1-4pm and July 25th from 1-4pm. Please call 570-946-5101 and specify that you are scheduling a Sullivan County High School sports physical. Paperwork must be completed in advance and a parent or legal guardian must attend the appointment. If you cannot schedule for these dates, physicals can also be completed at your primary care facility.
