Welcome!
My name is Mrs. Holcomb and this is my first year at Sullivan County School District! I am the new K-12 Itinerant Emotional Support teacher. I've spent the last 20+ years in the human services and education fields. My teaching experiences include emotional support, therapeutic learning support, and autistic support. I've worked with teens and adults with intellectual disabilities in day program settings and have developed and supervised transition programs for students with IEPs. I'm also a Licensed Behavior Specialist with a background in ABA. I earned my BSE from Mansfield University and my M.Ed. in Special Education with a concentration in Behavior Management from Edinboro University. I earned my Autism Endorsement through Penn State University.
I live in Ulster with my husband, two sons and two labs. Most of my free time is spent carting my kids around to their activities which includes soccer and baseball. In the spring you can find me on the little league field coaching and cheering for both of my boys.
