All reimbursements should be made through the appropriate coach.  Please download the Request Form and return it to Email SCHS Athletic Booster Club.

Addemdum To The Sullivan County High School Athletic Booster Club Constitution And By-laws 8/2016 Additional Clarification To Camp/tournament Reimbursements:

Junior High:

• Booster Club will reimburse % of camps up to $100.00 per JH sport per school year or 1⁄2 of non-Sullivan league play with instructional component up to $50.00 per JH sport per school year.

• Maximum of $250 for league/tournament play per sport per school year at the coach's request.

Varsity/junior Varsity:

• Booster Club will reimburse of camps up to $250.00 per varsity/JV sport per school year or 1⁄2 of non-Sullivan league play with instructional component up to $125.00.

An athlete that has received league funds of $350 or more in one sport is no longer eligible for a camp reimbursement in that sport.

Additionally:

• Reimbursement will be based from the early registration fee as well as any other discounts.

• Athlete is eligible to submit for reimbursement once the beginning of that sports season begins and receipt must be submitted by the end of the sports season or the athlete is no longer eligible for reimbursement.

• A copy of the camp registration from along with proof of payment must be submitted for reimbursement.

• All reimbursement is contingent on booster club funds.
