Our K-12 students had an unforgettable experience at the Sweethearts & Heroes assembly last week! This powerful program brought messages of hope, empathy, and action—teaching students how to be everyday heroes in their schools and communities.
Through engaging stories and interactive activities, our students learned the importance of kindness, standing up for others, and creating a culture of inclusion and respect. The energy in the room was incredible, and we can’t wait to see how these lessons impact our school!
A huge thank you to the Sweethearts & Heroes team for empowering our students with the tools to make a difference! 🌟
"Where The Wild Things Are!" Mrs. Peterman's kindergarten class recently drew a picture of a monster and then wrote a few sentences about the monster. Mrs. Rosa-Martir's Family Living Class took the drawings and used their sewing skills to create the monsters the young students drew. Today, the high school students presented the monsters to the kindergarten students.

"Say! I like green eggs and ham! I do! I like them, Sam-I-Am! I would eat them in a boat, and with a goat, in the rain, on a train, in a car and in a tree. They are so good, so good, you see!"
-Dr. Seuss
